Mental Health First Aid
The course takes place over two days, or four half days, and can be delivered online or in person.
Our Mental Health First Aid training gives learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to spot signs of poor mental health, start conversations, and signpost to appropriate support.
Learners also receive access to the MHFAider support app which provides ongoing learning, resources and 24/7 digital support.

Appropriate language around mental health

The course takes place over half a day and can be delivered online or in person.
Our Mental Health Awareness training gives learners an introduction to mental health, what it is, how to support someone experiencing poor mental health, and how to look after their own mental health.
